- 2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 2 dried red chilli
- 2 green chili, sliced
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 small onion (optional)
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 pinch kitchen king powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves

- Firstly, cook potatoes in a pan of salted boiling water for 10 mins. Drain well. Keep aside.
- Take a pan heat oil add, asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, dried red chilli fry for a second. Add onion saute for a minute.
- Add the fresh greenchilli, cabbage and some salt and stir fry for few minutes. Now add warm potatoes to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add coconut, lemon juice, coriander leaves mix well. Heat off.
- Serve with chapati / paratha.
